Welcome To Government Polytechnic Lakhimpur Kheri

Government Polytechnic Lakhimpur Kheri, established in 1983-84. it is situated at aira road near salempur kona Lakhimpur Kheri. the first time the institute was established with only one branch that was two year diploma in pharmacy in 1984. now the institute has various branches including chemical engineering, Paint Engineering, Plastic mold Technology etc.

The institution is running 5 courses in Computer Science and Engineering , Electronics Engineering , Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application , Post Graduate Diploma in Hardware and Networking , Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy with intake of 60 students in each.

Government Polytechnic Lakhimpur Kheri is approved by AICTE Govt. of India and affiliated to Board of Technical Education UP (BTEUP) .

The College has fully furnished air conditioned Computer Lab equipped with Broadband Internet facility and video projection facility.

College has one unit of N.S.s.of 50 student who are taking activity part for making awareness about the social obligation among youth. one day and special 10 day camp have been arranged  villages, in which each day was dedicated for special cause, which includes awareness about General health, AIDS awareness camps , Pulse Polio Campaign, Family planning program, Literacy campaign, Removal of social evils and pollution control awareness, Plantation and new devlopment in adriculture .
